Valid bug reports must include:
  1. A precise and detailed description of the problem.
  2. The precise steps necessary to reproduce the problem.
  3. Information on the operating system and hardware where the problem has been observed.
  4. If the problem is reproducible with specific data, a link to a minimal data set sufficient to reproduce it.
Please ensure that what you report is a bug, not a support question. Also, please ensure that the problem you are reporting has not been reported or solved or is a known problem.
