I would tend to assume the same, but there are users that have reported no problems on Windows 10. Most (all?) of the problems seem to be associated with upgrades from Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Success cases seem to be associated with clean Windows 10 installations.
Anyway, I have no Windows 10 machine at hand now (I am on vacation, or sort of...), so this will have to wait until September. As for problems caused by antivirus applications, device driver conflicts and operating system 'upgrades'... you might not believe the things that I've seen in more than 10 years.
