Hi Harry,

Thanks very much for posting that HDR Composition video!

At first, I didn't think of HDR Composition as a very complicated tool. I said to myself `well, I know how to use that one, I'll just watch this because Harry's videos are fun to watch.' (They really are!) I foolishly thought I didn't have much to learn.

Now I'm having a `facepalm' moment, over my arrogance. Of course! HDR Composition can help replace the burned-out cores of the stars! I never thought of that. I spend most of my `Pixinsight mental bandwidth' thinking about how to make stars look better. I have to try this. Maybe some short exposures and some HDR Composition should just be part of a standard workflow, hmmm...

Thanks! I definitely learned something I didn't know!

Harry. Thank you very much for the Preprocessing script tutorial. Life just got easier.

I think the CFA option should be selected for DSLR raw files and OSC ccd cameras - is that correct?

Thanks Harry. Indeed, you did. I was thinking auto CFA detection as in image calibration, but CFA needs to be selected in any case for debayering.

I know these have been around for quite some time, but still-- thanks a lot! I have no idea how I would have learned anything in PI without your videos.
Forgive my dumb questions. I have no idea what I'm doing at all. Your patience with me is vastly appreciated.

I agree, I wouldn't have learned anything if it weren't for your videos Harry.  Thank you for making them.

I want to do all of my work in PixInsight now.  Right now I am using DSS for stacking.  Will this script also align everything or will it only work with images already aligned?  I will be working with DSLR Canon RAW files so I am excited to give this a go!
