I don't disagree - the root cause is the fact that PixInsight executables are coded
individually, against
your license key, and so it can sometimes take a few days for Juan to get this sorted out through his system. Juan has gone to these extreme lengths to ensure that the licensed distribution of PixInsight remains under very tight control - yet still allows users to run multiple installations on multiple platforms. It also means that the challenging problem of 'illegal' distribution is reduced to virtually nil meaning that, to date, he has not had to charge for any upgrades.
We hope that you will agree that these benefits far outweight the short-term inconvenience of a delay in issuing your license (it's just a shame you waited until your Trial License had expired, and then ran into a weekend as well).
I am sure that Juan will get this sorted out. In the meantime, can you double-check that your payment
has left your bank / credit card, etc. There have been issues where payment has not been made - without the knowledge of the customer.
