Hi,

WBPP:
Can someone please tell me a documentation where the criteria for rejection in WBPP are explained.
Thank you for your help and best regards!

Sadly no. No linked documentation, of course; various posted descriptions of varying antiquity, but who knows what is current?
As far as I know, the only points were whole images are rejected are for failed registration, and by the "minimum weight" criterion in Image Integration (documented in the corresponding tooltip).
If you are asking about pixel rejection, then again the rejection algorithm tooltip is about the best you will find.

Bad frame rejection takes place before registration.

Where can I find this parameter?

Thank you for your patience.
Best regards!

I guess that this is the "minimum weight" rejection. Although this is specified in the integration settings, it is based on the weights calculated in the "measurements" step, so it would be sensible for the rejection to happen at that point.
