cannot reproduce Pixinsight crashes and wipes the Croman modules

There is a recurrent problem with PI crashing, often doing WBPP, and when it reloads all the Croman modules are gone. I have reinstall the program to get them back again.

Nowhere near enough information here. Operating system and build? PI version and build? System hardware specs? What does "crash" mean? Have you tried simply resetting updates to recover lost processes?
 
... and when you say "all the Croman modules are gone" do you mean gone from the menus, or gone from the installation folders?
