MBC not working when I set the center of the mosaic to different coordinates

Whenever I try doing MBC Plate-Carree projection centering the RA and dec at 23 RA and 0 dec for a huge panorama I'm working on for some reason it only outputs one registered image. It works fine when the advanced settings aren't turned on, but never has worked when I've turned this setting on. Any ideas how to fix this?
