Does anyone else have issues running MacOS in full screen mode? Seems like when I run a process, my workspace doesn't show the changes? I am running the M1 macbook pro.

I don’t know whether I have the same problem as you, but I’ve always thought that Pixinsight doesn’t scale well on my MacBook screen. It‘s like PixInsight is trying to muscle it’s way out onto a full-size screen. 
Because of this I never use it in full screen mode. I press the green zoom button so that the Pixinsight screen fits between the menu bar at the top and the dock at the bottom (both of which remain visible). Nevertheless, PI windows often present half way off the right hand side so that I have to shift them into the middle. Bit of a pain frankly. I never use most of the process buttons in PI’s menu bar because most of them are off screen on the right, including the STF button. My conclusion is that PI is best used on a full-sized computer screen, not a MacBook.
