Focal length showing incorrectly in FITS Header

Hoping for some insight, for some reason in PI, focal lengths are showing incorrectly, they are showing at around 25% of the normal size. I have taken files directly from the USB drive of my ASIAir Pro after imaging and placed them into both FITS Liberator and into PI and the data shows correctly in Liberator. I'm wondering if anyone else has come across this issue and come up with a resolution. I'm wondering if this is causing my issues using PCC, even if I enter in the correct FL. I've included screen shots of the same file and the header information from both applications. Thanks in advance and Clear Skies
