Crescent Nebula - NGC 6888

The Crescent Nebula, shot from my driveway in the Black Forest, north of Colorado Springs, CO. Thanks to the PixInsight team for creating the software that allowed me to "develop" this image, Adam Block for all his tutorials that helped me learn how best to use the software, and also to all the posters to the PI forums that have given invaluable advice on processing techniques.

Scope: William Optics Fluorostar 91
Camera: ZWO ASI 533 MC Pro
Filter: Optolong L-Extreme filter
Total mages: 108 at 300 seconds each (9 hours total integration)
Shot on:7/12, 7/16, and 7/22/2022.

This is great! Nice to know it looks good with a L Extreme. Not in a good position from the UK right now, but you’ve inspired me to give this a try later in the year.
