Fairly new to PI so I newbie caveats apply here.
I've recently starting working with weightedbatchpreprocessing and I've been seeing banding in image registration, but only in WBPP. (The calibrated frames do not have banding, the registered frames do have banding; frames registered using "starAlignment" directly do not have banding) If I manually register the same calibrated subs, I do no see any banding. I have been basically been using the defaults. (I changed clamping threshold to 0.29)
I'd appreciate any suggestions here, WBPP saves a ton of time!
This has happened with both 1.8.8-12 and 1.8.8-11. This is the WBPP that came with PI.
