calibration error

Could someone give me some suggestions as to why I'm getting the following error when I run the Image Calibration routine?

** Warning: No correlation between the master dark and target frames (channel 0)

I see nothing obious causing this. Both are .XISF.

also at the top level of the forum just search "no correlation" or "correlation between" and you'll see lots of posts about this.
