Password Reset Failure

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but I am trying to load PI on a new computer.  When I ask the system to reset my password (yeah I forgot it) by sending me a new email, it tells me that my email is attached to an expired trial license, which is true since I long ago bought the full license.  My email, if you need it for confirmation, is jkmorse57@gmail.com and my login name is jmorse1.
