For DSLR_RAW setting see here:

http://www.pixinsight.com.ar/en/docs/19/pixinsight-dslr-settings.html

As far as Lightroom interfering the PI the only way that would be possible if you were passing your RAW files through Lightroom and exporting jpgs and then importing those. You said earlier you are using RAW files. That is correct, right?

Yea i am shooting in RAW and like i mentioned, the PI on both machines were standard with no settings changed. The images that i am importing are the same batch of images and they are all in RAW format.

Are these the standard settings for RAW format or does that force whatever you import to be changed ot RGB?

The BatchDebayer script is one way. The other would be an image container and process container. The BatchDebayer script is easier.

Hi Mike

Thank you for the help. Please can you tell me what my settings should be on the attached JPG. I did click "de-Bayer RGB" and used those standard settings and it looks like my image is finally RGB after stacking.

HI

I understand your confusion , This setting is for when you load up single frames into pixinsight and it then automatically debayers them ( default setting )

Personally I think the default should be no debayering  ;D

Because calibration ( darks etc) are done before debayering you have to tell pixinsight to do this even with separate process's or using the script

Regards

Harry
