The SubframeSelector script is a great tool for analyzing the quality of deep sky images and eliminating any that for one reason or another aren't up to par. As far as I know, however, PixInsight does not have a tool like SubframeSelector for selecting images to be used for lucky imaging. As PixInsight makes use of all available computer processors and approaches image processing in general with an emphasis on image statistics, it seems like the type of tool that would be well fit.
In particular, I'm interested in a tool that could accept thousands of images and rank them according to some statistic, similar to what SubframeSelector does. The tool "ninox" by planetary astrophotographer Anthony Wesley (
http://www.acquerra.com.au/astro/software/ninox/) or PIPP Planetary Imaging PreProcessor (
https://sites.google.com/site/astropipp/) both allow quality estimation and selection, but are not multithreaded.
