Unable to install latest release?

Hi guys
I`ve just uninstalled build 1087 and tried to install the latest build but keep getting this error screen see attached !
I now can`t reinstall version 1087 what am I doing wrong please?

It looks like PI might be running in the background. You need to do an uninstall of the last version (a reboot is then no bad idea with Windows) and then install the new one.

Sometimes, PI will remain running as a process, hence the advice for a reboot.

This may an issue I reported on before. Open Task Manager and kill any instance of PI. Then try the install again.
