Assistance on Using PixInsight

Hello peeps

I bought the software in July this year, installed it & run it with the given key. Since then I have not attempt to use it at all until a couple of days ago. I tried and it asks for the license. I keyed in the respective details, but the server returns saying activation key is invalid.

I also sent an email couple of days ago to the support but 48hours passed and I havent had any reply from the team.

it has been a long time since i installed PI, but if i remember right you only need to do that step once. there should have been a file called pixinsight-license that you need on your system to run PI - if you have that file around you should be able to run without re-activation. check 2.7 they 2.10 of the FAQ:
