Warning no correlation between master dark and target frames(channel0)

Good evening,
I am a newbie and have just finished a batch preprocess run and got the following error:
Warning no correlation between master dark and target frames(channel0)
 used 4 subs in ha as my lights and the usual darks,flats and bias.

I have also just started using PI and last week I processed some images of M31 and got the same message; can anyone help with an answer as to the significance of this message?

Do a search on the error message and you'll get loads of hits as well as answers.
