Possible bug?
« on: 2014 June 07 04:29:08 »
Hi,

Tonight is the second clear night in 6 weeks and I am imaging again.  :)  When I download the images and examine them in PI I find an annoying 'problem' has developed.  Closing an image I get the "Image has been modified and is unsaved" message even when I have done nothing to it.  Not even STF.  If I load 50 images and use the Close All icon, I have to answer that message 50 times.  I cannot recall this occurring before the recent Drizzle upgrade and I apologise if this has already been reported.
Of course, having written the first sentence, it's now completely clouded over again!

Hi Charles,

I can't reproduce this problem on any platform. Can you upload one of those images?

You can close all images unconditionally with the following command from PixInsight's console:

close --force *

WARNING - This will close all images without giving any chance to save changes.

Hi Juan,

I have uploaded 3 to endor in cfranks folder  I'm trying my Canon 40D for the first time and testing the DSLR procedures.  This is one of the subs plus the calibrated file after BPP.  The NGC_300 image was from my QSI683 and was taken last November.

I have just noticed what I think may be the cause of this.  After each loading of the 'problem' files, there is a green message in the Process log stating * Default ICC profile assigned: ProArt-3. I only recently used my Spyder3 to renew the profile of my monitor and obviously, this profile assignment changed any opened file and thus generated the 'modified and unsaved' messages.  I can't say I have noticed this kind of message before.

Sorry to have caused un-necessary work for you.  :-[

Charles
