New build 188 of the core PixInsight Standard beta application is now available.
This new build of the core application incorporates the changes applied to PCL build 60, which has also been released. As usual, the new executable and the current set of available modules is also included in the PCL Standard Distribution package, of interest to developers.
We have improved the time-limited beta application mechanism considerably. In the event that the default server becomes unavailable for any reason, now the PixInsight executable gives you the opportunity to use up to 15 different NIST time servers, by means of a dialog box. We have changed the default server to a more reliable one, so the chances of error have been minimized.
The available set of modules is the same as in previous versions, providing very limited processing functionality. This is going to change soon, since we are writing new modules very quickly.
