Bottom of process windows missing?

HI Guys
Not sure of the term for it but I keep opening certain process windows only to have the bottom of the window hidden by the task bar and so can`t click on the`apply` button is it a screen resolution thing please?.

In cases like that the overall PI workspace should have a scrollbar to bring the bottom of the dialog into view. Many dialogs also have collapsible sections. Collapse one or more to make the dialog shorter. If that doesn't help please post a screenshot.
