Hi, I've originally discussed this in the general section-"Re: Batch preprocessing script & cosmetic correction ".
I don't think I can move the thread in this section that I think it's more appropriate.
Please see the last post, as I didn't understood well the behaviour at the beginning.
It seems that images are flipped before cosmetic correction.
Imeges are then re-oriented before registration.
