[PCL] Any way to call another process from PCL

Is there a way to find a process by name, instantiate it and lauch it from another module ?
I looked at some 'Process' class but did not  find a way to find an installed process.

I think Process::AllProcesses() http://pixinsight.com/developer/pcl/doc/html/classpcl_1_1Process.html#a070de55f09a533f0e81b8aa125a5a19e lists everything you need.
