My summer (south. h) season (updated!)

Hi all
I was finally able to upload the new pictures to the server. I decided to put them all together in this threat instead of making individual ones.
All pictures were taken from Hacienda Los Andes, Chile, between September 2012 and January 2013. Using a modified Canon T2i camera, over an Alt 5 mount. Wide fields (first three images) were made with a Canon 135mm L series lens, at f/4.5 (courtesy of Daniel Verschatse). Other pics were made with a William Optics Megrez 110, at f/4.8.
I'll add exposure time details in a few days. Larger versions of the pictures are linked below.
So, here they are:

Thanks guys for all your comments.
I just updated this gallery with 4 images. A reprocessed Horsehead, and 3 more new images. There are still other 4 images waiting to be processed.
I hope you like them.
PS: Dave, if you want to go, just book a reservation for "Hacienda Los Andes"
www.haciendalosandes.com
Daniel Verschatse owns the place, and he is starting an astronomical ranch over there.

Well, there is some noise left, and you can see imperfect stars because of the astigmatism of the field flattener... other than that, nothing strange...

Well, as an absolute beginner with PI and a tiny bit more than beginner in this beautiful hobby called amateur astrophotography, I have to say that I have no idea about background and noise and imperfect stars and other technicalities on these pictures. But these pictures are one of the most astounding and incredibly beautiful set I have ever seen nowadays from an "amateur". The Horsehead seems to me almost like 3D and the others like coming off the wall of an exhibition. What I really wanted to say - my hat off and congratulation Carlos. They also gave me the faint impression that doesn't matter how many times I try and rewatch the tutorials (big thank you Harry) and try again, this is something beyond technical knowledge and practice and hence this is something I won't be able to learn - this is art.

Hi,
Critical opinions make me think, but words like "most astounding and incredibly beautiful set I have ever seen nowadays," scares me because I'm at the end of road, or...
Kolec
P.S. Again, sorry for my opinion. End
