Tool Documentation?

Newly registered user here.

Seems clicking the "browse documentation" icon usually brings up a "Tool documentation not available:" message.

Am I missing something?

Sorry, you are not missing anything. We are all anxiously awaiting further documentation. Welcome though!

After i first installed 1.7 I swear I saw some documentation come up when the Doc button was pressed. I managed to some how loose my Favorites tab on the left side of the screen and have never gotten the Doc button to work after this mistake. I could have been dreaming/wishing the Doc button worked.  8>)
Where do I find the stock Favorite collections file to reload the Favorites  tab ?

Hi Cleon,

I'm pretty sure the documentation you saw is still there but you're perhaps not remembering which modules you saw the docs for. Try STF for example. I have never seen a favorites 'tab' on the left, just a Process Explorer with a Favorites node at the top. Is that what you mean?

Sander, I think your correct but I don't have a Process Explore tab to prove to myself that I am nuts and/or  living in a dream world.....

Cleon, get the process explorer back using the View menu, if you like.

Sander, thanks, guess I'm not nuts, although I don't think this will convince my wife.....
Anyway, it's interesting that you have to have the Process Explore tab showing to get the file path to work for the Process Doc buttons .

Hi Cleon, that's a bug. Help should show regardless of the process explorer state. Actually it's another example of why help should not have been included in the process explorer to begin with. It should be in a separate help window just like all other applications do. Not that that's every persuaded Juan to implement something that way
