We approved your trial license on August 17th. We have tried to send your license instructions email many times, but either your email provider or your email client software is blocking all messages sent from our corporate email server (@pixinsight.com). It seems to be blocking also our emails sent from a Gmail account that we use in these cases, so we have no way to contact you. Now that I know you are a forum member, I can send your license instructions as a private message through this forum. Please check your spam or junk email box, and/or provide us with a different email address (with a different provider) for notifications. We'll be glad to restart your trial period once you can activate your license.
