Thank you for all the nice comments and the feedback we're receiving. I'm glad you like PI Mag — it's for all of you!

@Georg, Simon, Sergi and all who don't see the links on IE8. I've attached a screenshot of IE8 showing the links without problems. Have you tried reloading the page (F5) or cleaning up your browser's cache?

Hi Juan,

Yes, even reloading the page and cleaning all temporal files and cookies I'm still having the same issue with IE8.
I downloaded de magazine with Firefox, I haven't read it yet cause I'm working, it looks very well designed and professional. Good job. Congrats!

Sergi

In case you still have problems with the website links, here are direct ones to the PDF files:

High-resolution 600 dpi version (284.8 MB):

Low-resolution 150 dpi version (98.2 MB):

Simon, Sergi,

I don't know why is that happening. I can see the links and download the PDF files without any problem from IE8 (Vista Business x64). Anyway, what on Earth are you using that 'browser' for?  ::)

Juan,

Just in case it helps debug the problem, I can see the blue triangles, but I cannot see "High -resolution......" etc or the links themselves.

And I'm using Vista Business 32.

Cheers

Ah, then I know what happens... Have you JavaScript disabled? Or, have you allowed IE to disable JavaScript to 'help you'? PI website requires JavaScript; those links are dynamically generated.

Let me know if this fixes it.

... sorry for being a bit rush about IE; after knowing the Win-Nokia thing (what an error!) I am quite a bit angry about anything smelling like M$ this morning ...

Another question. Can you see and use the similar links that appear on the processing examples page:

http://pixinsight.com/examples/

and the video tutorials page:

http://pixinsight.com/videos/

?

Juan,

I think I have always had Java enabled....to "help me".  ;)

To check, I went to Tools / Intenet Options / Programs / Manage Add Ons and it shows Sun Microsystems Java Enabled.

Is there anything else I can check?

Cheers

Yes, I can see all the links on the processing examples page, i.e. I can see the links to English and Spanish versions.

Simon,

It's JavaScript, not Java, what must be enabled in your browser. Anyway, if you can see the links on the other pages, then don't care; the problem is anywhere else.

I'm going to make a little change right now so please stand by.
