Repairing columns in image

All my images taken with an SX825 Mono camera have column faults which to some extent I can correct in Cosmetic Correction but this leaves behind grey columns. The images have been dithered in capture, aligned, integrated and calibrated

Is there a better way to get rid of this problem.
