Stack very short exposure subs with few stars

Is there an somewhere in ImageIntegration to stack very short (like 0.1s) images that have few reference stars.  I can stack 1.0s but not these very short ones?  Am trying to do some high dynamic range processing for the burnt out center of a PN.
