Script functions available?

I've written 1 (one) PixInsight script, which is just enough to whet my appetite and make me dangerous.    I have a much more complicated script in mind now, which could make use of the following large-scale functions I find in PixInsight:

  * Star finding, as in StarAlignment
  * Gaussian surface fitting, as in DynamicPSF
  * The entire StarAlignment process

Are these complex tools available in the programming interface of PI scripts?  If they are, I will plunge in and figure out how to use them.

as for 1 and 3 i think you will find samples of that stuff in the ImageSolver script.

also i assume for #2 this script probably has some relevant code: http://www.skypixels.at/pixinsight_scripts.html#PSF
