Reregistration Issues

I had a trial license that recently expired. I purchased a license today, but every time I load the application, I get a window popup that says: "Authentication error. Server response: 'NO SUCH USER IDENTIFIER'. The first time it mentioned that the TRIAL EXPIRED.

Is there anyway I can register with my commercial license without uninstalling/reinstalling the application?

check faq 2.22 or maybe 2.23

i think if you delete the trial license you should be able to then restart PI and run the license validation described in 2.10

No. You have to uninstall the trial version and install the commercial one, then run it to activate your commercial license.
