Can't activate 1.8.6

I've looked everywhere I know and can't find the info.

I've tried all the old codes I have, but, can't get any new activation codes.

Help. I'm 77, not a young computer engineer. Reactivation is hard!!!

Andres - Thank you for the response.

I have already tried to Request License Activation Codes using the User name and User password that I originally received back in 2015 when I purchased PI. The attachment below shows the error message I get.

I don't know what else to do.

Hi Steve,

That probably happens because you changed your password. You can request a new one here:

Just enter your email address (the address you have currently associated with your license, where you receive notifications about new versions) and click Send Request. You'll receive a first verification email with a long link. Click the verification link and you'll receive a second email with your new password.

When you copy and paste your password from an email message, be careful to include just the password characters, not any spaces or control characters. If you still have problems, email us and we'll work to solve them.

Version 1.8.6.1473 is now installed and running.
