FITS Processing Issues

Hey guys,

This is my first post, and I wasn't sure if this is the place to post this issue I am having.

I've been using PI for a while now, mainly with my CR2 images from my Canon, and occasionally FITS, both BPP and manually, and generally had no to little issue. This past week we took around 6 hours of data using my SBIG STT8300MM, with RHB filters, and single frames look good when opening in PI and using STF. However, when I try BPP, whether all filters, or individual filters, I get this message:

I then tried to do it manually, the final integrated images on all filters only shows stars, without the nebulosity. I've played around with settings on all steps, reduced the amount of images, etc and nothing has worked.

I would appreciate any help!

were the darks and lights taken with the same capture software?

this is the kind of thing that happens on cmos cameras where the gain of the lights and darks does not match, but a CCD camera should not have that kind of a problem. can you share the lights and calibration frames?
