Can't open new preview window

Hi guys,

I am having a hard time opening a new preview window. I used to be able to see it on the top of the screen toolbar but now I don't so I am trying to figure out how to open one.

I have tried this way but the preview window cannot be clicked (not active):

- Image > mode > new preview

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You won't be able to create a new preview in a window where "Show Previews" is disabled.  That's most likely the problem.

Thanks for the reply. I believe I sorted out the issue by restarting PI...
