I can't remember my user info for new upgrade activation

I've tried the obvious user credentials and none of them are recognized by your server after the ripley uninstall/re-install I just did.

would you kindly send me the info to my normally used email address which is:  ftherrmann@comcast.net

I found the original User identifier and Windows activation code from February 2013.   The latest installer does however not recognize the information.
