Cosmetic correction question

I have light subs of the same target, some 5 minutes through a clear filter, some 15 minutes through an Ha filter.

After calibrating these with the appropriate 5m/15m darks, can I perform cosmetic correction on all of them at once, or must I do CC on each set separately?

I don't know if CC calculates its statistics on each frame individually, or if it uses the whole list.
