Hi,

I think I solved the problem! Flipped image was clue to this mystery! I checked "Up-Bottom-FITS" option ON from the BatchPreProcessing script and now calibrated images are just fine and histogram looks as expected. I attach final stack image from PI with Up-Bottom-FITS ON! :D

ah yes - good news! the dreaded fits reader/writer direction problem. i did not notice that your frames were flipped!

I'm glad to read that. Isn't it great when one discovers the solution to a weird problem? :) Now the important thing is that you understand why this has happened. PixInsight has been designed and developed to be comprehensive, powerful and versatile. But this exacts a price: complexity.
