Hi,
I have a problem with pictures from my Canon Tele f200/2,8.
The stars have rings in cyan.
What is the best way to pic the rings to eliminate?

The fast and easiest way would be a SCNR instance to the whole image setting the Maximum Neutral protection method.

I fully agree with Carlos' suggestion about SCNR. You can try with its default settings (Average Neutral protection) or apply it with Maximum Neutral protection, as Carlos recommends. SCNR is under the NoiseReduction category (Process Explorer).

Let us know how it goes.
