Can not buy commercial license

My trial period will expire soon, and i want to buy a commercial license, but am unable to do so.

FOUR TIMES on three different days over the span of one week, I went through the entire processes, all the way to the final Proceed button. I am sent to this URI: [https://www.paypal.com/webapps/hermes?token=56J19741PW5647747&useraction=commit&mfid=....] and I see a spinning "wait" symbol. The tab in my browser reads "Please log into your PayPal Account."

But nothing happens. I have waited and watched the spinning symbol for five minutes, but I never get to the PayPal login screen. I have clicked the browser's Refresh button, but no login screen.

 I am an active PayPal user, and login on a daily basis, so there is no question my account is good. But I never even reach the user ID and password page from Pleiades Astrophoto.

I emailed Pleiades with the Contact link last week, but have received no response.

PLEASE HELP! I want to buy a commercial license, but I can not.

Have you looked in your Spam folder for a response? Sometimes emails from PixInsight end up there.

can you try a different browser? do you have noscript or any other script/ad blocker running in your browser?

That was the problem. I finally found IE (no shortcut because I never use it), launched it, and went through the commercial license routine. This time, I reached the PayPal login, and made the payment. I received the registration key and installation instructions, downloaded the program, installed it, and entered the info. After an initial "invalid license key" message, the second try worked. I installed all the updates, and now I'm good to go.

Thanks for the suggestion. i'll check Firefox's settings to try and discover what is wrong.

Maybe there is a pop-up/ad blocking extension or internal setting in Firefox that is the problem.
