StarAlignment won't output to a directory folder

I run StarAlignment with four individual images to be aligned to a master (part of some work on a mosaic), and, select an output directory (see attached image for StarAlignment settings). When I run the process (using Global button) the four aligned images show up on the workspace as views, and, nothing is written to the folder.

Why aren't the aligned files being written to the folder?

i think SA does Files -> Files and Views -> Views. so you'll have to save your 4 views to disk and open them as files, and then SA will output files.
