Windows Scaling problems

All of a sudden PI is having windows scaling problems. Have a feeling it's my new Intel drivers but PI is the only program that's not working correctly.

When I move PI from my 17" laptop screen (4k) to my 27" monitor screen (1980x1020) , all the menu words and interface elements get giant. In wither monitor, the Histogram Transformation window is giant, won' fit on the screen. I can't use it. Other windows I've tried are fine. This is driving me crazy!

I reset PI to original settings and was able to get the HT window back to normal. However I believe this may be a true bug in multimonitor systems with different resolutions. Anyone out there’se able to try dragging PI from a 4K to a 2k monitor and see what happens? Other apps eg Edge switch to correct scaling as you complete moving them. PI does not. Plus if the HT window is opened in the 2k environment it stays big when going back to 4K.
