I am getting "Local Normalization data will not be used" message when running Image Integration. Please explain what this means?

I have been successful using Local Normalization before but this is the first time I've seen this.

is this what happens when you don't select LocalNormalization as the normalization method? just so we know...

I did the exact same thing this afternoon and it took me about 30 minutes to see what I had done wrong. I refer to it as 'drop down selection blindness' as you look at something that is blatantly wrong about 10  times and don't see it!
