DSLR overexposed areas are pink?
« on: 2017 September 02 16:12:43 »
Having trouble with my DSLR files from the eclipse. The over exposed areas are a harsh pink and its giving HDRComposition problems.

I tried using HistogramTransformation to change the highlights in the individual channels so the highlights looks white but it gives a nasty green cast to the whole image

Any ideas?

i found that i had to split the channels of my calibrated subs before putting them into HDRComposition or i ended up with banding. i think i'm finished processing for now so tomorrow or monday i'm going to upload some crops for Juan to look at. something does seem to be funny with 3-plane DSLR images of the eclipse and HDRComposition.
