I get this error for some time. He had already discussed here:

but without any solution. My problem is the same. I have some hope to solve?

Hi John, I understand by the other post that Juan may be investigating the issue. I suggest you to share the image that have the problems as it could help Juan to find what is happening.

I edited my previous post because the connections were not working with Dropbox.
