Arrange Icons

WhenI right click on the screen - I see in the list of items that -  arrange icons is greyed out.
How can I turn that feature back on..

JI,

The Arrange Icons] option is 'greyed-out' if there are no icons to arrange.

For example, try changing to an unused Workspace, with no Porcess Icons, and you will see this.

However, if there are icons that can be arranged, then you will get further options to arrange them.

This is not a feature that can be 'turned off'.

However, I am happy to be corrected.
