I presume that, since noise must be a hindrance to decon, one should use MureDenoise prior to decon. True? Any chance of adverse interactions between the two that one should know?

Mure should be used before any post-processing of any kind. Here is the thread for the script. It's long but worth reading.

Yes, as Mike said, denoise first then decon. I don't know of any adverse issues. If you see any please let me know.
