Hi Tom,
You are installing and running a trial version of PixInsight. Please do the following:
- Double check that you are using the user name and password of your *commercial* license, not the ones of your trial license, when you log in the
software distribution interface.
- Download the latest version of PixInsight. The file name of the installation package should carry the -c suffix (for commercial).
- Uninstall the PixInsight Core application (trial version).
- Reboot you machine (this seems to be necessary on many Windows installations).
- Install the PixInsight Core application (commercial version).
- Run PixInsight and activate your license.
