NGC 7331 & Quintet
« on: 2014 October 26 11:59:33 »
I had trouble with light pollution gradients. Part of the problem was related to my east/west flats and rotator. Can anyone suggest a workflow to use the batch preprocess script ? I ended up just not using the subs from a meridian flip. I'm assuming you calibrate east and west separately and then use image integration to add the masters together ?

I like the composition. Lots of nice detail in the quintet.  Loads of galaxies all over the field!  There does seem to be a problem--perhaps image tilt--in the top corners, especially the left corner with blue flares on the stars. The right hand top corner has a lesser version of the same problem, whereas the bottom corners are spot on.
