Star Alignment - can't add files

I tried to use SAM on a set of preprocessed images after the integration failed (only two images accepted out of 10 collected). After selecting the reference file, none of the other buttons were active. I couldn't add files or anything else. So I went to another image set that worked before and again I could not add files. Nothing I do will make the other buttons active.

Is your working mode "RegisterMatchImages"?

I have accidentally discovered the reason for this problem. When I start PI by loading Warren's PI Icons or even load those icons after starting, the problem appears. If I don't load Warren's PI Icons, then the problem is not there.
I deleted Warren's icons and recreated them from scratch and the problem is gone.
