LRGBComposition trouble with rotated images
« on: 2011 December 30 13:09:22 »
I have been using a CCD monochrome camera for the first time, -instead a DSRL- with images adquired in two months (probably also with camera rotation), and I can't compose the LRGB image, because the  rotation of their components. The L set of Images and the RGB three sets are one month away, and altough I have aligned all, the final image is a intersection or crossing of the L and RGB images, and also exist rotation between the RGB sets, for -I think- the delay in their adquisition.
Exist rotation between the L and RGB images and inside the RGB ones (adquired in diferent times). The image is like this. Can you help me ??!!
    Tanks!

I'm not sure I follow the question but if asking what to do, I would crop the image after they have been aligned and then combined into the LRGB image. Then process the resulting image as you would normally.

Clearly the only image you're going to be left with is the one within the intersection of all LRGB sets.
Looking at your attachment, I would rotate the current image about 30° toward the right first and then crop to get the biggest area you can. You may have a dark corner or two (can't tell since we do not see the entire image) but those won't affect in further image processing.
